Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Associate) Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Conekt Legal. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including energy disputes, financial services litigation, real estate disputes, IT & tech disputes, commercial disputes, and contract disputes.


About the Role


  • Manage a busy caseload of commercial litigation matters, including energy disputes, financial services litigation, real estate disputes, IT & tech disputes, commercial disputes, and contract disputes.
  • Work closely with our team of experienced lawyers to provide expert advice and representation to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial litigation law and best practices, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.


Requirements


  • Qualified Solicitor - NI/ROI/England & Wales
  • 2 + years PQE gained working within a leading commercial litigation practice
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with a broad range of commercial litigation matters
  • Highly organized and able to manage your own caseload of litigation matters
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Collaborative and able to work well as part of a cohesive team
