Job Summary

Conekt Legal is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Belfast. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including energy disputes, financial services litigation, real estate disputes, IT & tech disputes, commercial disputes, and contract disputes.

About the Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of commercial litigation matters. You will work closely with our team of experienced lawyers to provide expert advice and representation to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and develop your skills and expertise in commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy caseload of commercial litigation matters
  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement litigation strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in commercial litigation
  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with a broad range of commercial litigation matters
  • Highly organized and able to manage your own caseload
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Collaborative and able to work well as part of a cohesive team
