About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Associate to join our dynamic team at Conekt Legal. As a key member of our litigation department, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including energy disputes, financial services litigation, real estate disputes, IT & tech disputes, commercial disputes, and contract disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy caseload of commercial litigation matters, including energy disputes, financial services litigation, real estate disputes, IT & tech disputes, commercial disputes, and contract disputes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on commercial litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation matters.
  • Prepare and present court documents and arguments.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor - NI/ROI/England & Wales.
  • 2 + years PQE gained working within a leading commercial litigation practice.
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
  • Highly organized and able to manage your own caseload of litigation matters.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Collaborative and able to work well as part of a cohesive team.
