About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Alscient. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Lead/Senior Salesforce Consultant role.
  • Technical platform experience, supported by appropriate Salesforce certifications.
  • Ability to ensure that Salesforce solutions are architecturally sound, well-designed, and of the required quality.
  • Evidenced track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects and services.
  • Experience and knowledge of AWS, Jira, and Confluence tools is advantageous.
