Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Consultant to join our team. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering Salesforce projects and services to our clients, working closely with our technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, with experience in leading large-scale projects and teams. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are technically sound, well-designed, and meet the required quality standards.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding our technical teams, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects and services to clients
  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are technically sound and meet quality standards
  • Mentor and guide technical teams, providing technical expertise and guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure successful project outcomes, meeting client expectations and delivering high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • At least 4 years' experience in a Lead/Senior Salesforce Consultant role
  • Technical platform experience, supported by appropriate Salesforce certifications
  • Strong technical document authoring skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to ensure Salesforce solutions are architecturally sound and meet quality standards
  • Excellent people and mentoring skills, with confidence to lead technical teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to understand and contribute to technical solutions
  • Evidenced track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects and services
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, with passion for complex problem-solving
  • Resourceful and professional curiosity, with drive to find solutions
