About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead Consultant to join our team at Alscient. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale Salesforce projects and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and effective stakeholder management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years' experience in a Lead/Senior Salesforce Consultant role.
  • Technical platform experience, supported by appropriate Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong technical document authoring skills, with a real attention to detail.
  • Effective people and mentoring skills, with the confidence to lead a team of skilled developers/consultants.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to understand and contribute to the technical solution.
  • An evidenced track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects and services.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a passion for complex problem solving.
  • A resourceful and professional curiosity, with a drive to find appropriate solutions.
