About the Role

At Sugarman Health & Wellbeing, we are seeking a motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Chester.

This role involves providing support to an individual with autism and learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and nutrition. They will also support the individual in achieving their goals and aspirations.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact on people's lives. Knowledge of positive behaviour support, LD, and autism is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Salary Information:

The hourly rate for this position is £12.50, with enhanced rates applicable on Bank Holidays.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
