Job Title: Enabling Support Worker

We're currently recruiting for an Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Treetops, a high-dependency residential care home providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities.

As an Enabling Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live a full and flourishing life, with a focus on enabling them to make their own choices and decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and enable residents to participate in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to provide person-centred care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
