Role Overview: The Recruitment Operations Coordinator is a critical role within our healthcare division based in Belfast. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the hiring process for various healthcare staff positions.

You will be working closely with our team of recruitment consultants to ensure that all administrative tasks related to staffing are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes liaising with a large pool of healthcare staff, obtaining their availability for work, and booking them into shifts using multiple roster systems.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. If you have proficiency in CRM systems, roster systems, Microsoft packages, and Google documents, we encourage you to apply for this position.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, 30 days annual leave, and inclusion into our company pension scheme. Our comprehensive and ongoing training courses will enable you to grow professionally and personally.
