We're looking for a proactive and skilled Account Manager to join our team. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing actionable plans and solutions to grow their traffic diversification and monthly budget allocations.

  • Account Management: Serve as the main contact for merchant accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Guidance: Understand client needs and goals, providing actionable plans and solutions to grow traffic diversification and monthly budget allocations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and provide clients with insights.
  • Networking: Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions to build industry connections.

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing. If you have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and achieving high customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in customer success or account management in advertising or e-commerce.
  • Fluent in French and English (business level: speaking and writing).
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
