**Job Title:** Customer Success Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Paper Run. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, providing strategic guidance on how to maximize Return on Spend with automated direct mail flows & campaigns, and troubleshooting client issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Own the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with their systems.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on how to maximize Return on Spend with automated direct mail flows & campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or onboarding within the e-commerce or marketing technology space.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and processes.
  • Experience working with e-commerce/DTC brands or digital marketing agencies preferred.

**What We Offer:**
