Job Overview:


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our London and Southeast team in the healthcare sector, driving growth while delivering high-quality projects and programmes.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Advocate for safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards, leading and maintaining exceptional results.
  • Provide strategic direction, monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives, leading key assignments and defined business areas.
  • Take ownership of client relationship management, generating live prospects and leads, and ensuring efficient governance to achieve our strategic priorities.
  • Directly influence the long-term development of strategy for a function or business unit, creating a sustainable business future, and commit to making a positive impact for our people, clients, and the planet.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop project teams, providing an environment to share knowledge and experience, and actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practices.
  • Use your network to identify talent, lead recruitment, and manage the development, retention, and mobility of people, and support our people to achieve their highest potential.


Requirements:


Extensive experience in winning work with and delivering projects for health clients and NHS Trusts, preferably in the London and Southeast region, and membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional or personal development.


Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise, strong commercial and financial acumen, leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams, and knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of projects.
