**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Shared Services Team Leader to join our team at Allied Electronics & Automation. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR and Technical Specialists, driving performance, and improving service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and develop a team of experienced HR and Technical Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Optimize HR systems and processes to enhance the employee experience, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Provide strategic support to the Shared Services Lead, contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in coaching, developing, and motivating teams in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Expert knowledge of employment law, with a strong track record of managing complex ER cases and tribunal matters.
  • Experience in delivering change projects and process improvements, with a focus on managing people implications.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, including SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc.
  • Ability to design and implement people-related processes, policies, and procedures in an international environment.
