We are seeking a collaborative and passionate Team Leader to join our HR Shared Services team.

This is an exciting time to join us in shaping the future of our global service for the organisation, with significant impact on the RS employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of experienced HR and Technical Specialists, providing escalation and referral support for complex cases.
  • Drive team performance to improve service delivery, ensuring relevant performance measures and SLAs are in place.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify optimal solutions for short-term and recurring people challenges, driving a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Optimize HR systems to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience, undertaking change management activities to implement improvements.
  • Deputize for the Shared Services Lead as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in coaching, developing, and motivating people in hybrid or remote environments.
  • Expert knowledge of employment law, with extensive experience in managing complex ER cases and tribunal matters.
  • Delivering change projects and process improvement, with a focus on managing people implications.
  • Setting up international People Shared Services teams and increasing work scope.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, or equivalent People systems.
  • Evidence of expertise in designing and implementing People-related processes, policies, and procedures in an international environment.
