At Allied Electronics & Automation, we are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our HR Shared Services team.



This is a pivotal time to join us in shaping the future of the employee experience. As a Team Leader, you will have a significant impact on the development and growth of the team, setting the standard for exceptional HR service delivery.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and develop a team of experienced HR and Technical Specialists, providing coaching, guidance and support to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Drive the performance of the team, implementing strategies to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with data and insight to identify solutions to complex people challenges, driving a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Optimise HR systems to streamline processes, improving the experience for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Deputise for the Shared Services Lead as required, taking on additional responsibilities to support the team.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in coaching, developing and motivating people in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Expert knowledge of employment law, with extensive hands-on experience of managing complex ER cases and tribunal matters.
  • Experience of delivering change projects and process improvement, with a focus on managing the people implications of change.
  • Experience of setting up an international People Shared Services team and/or increasing the scope of work, with a focus on process design and implementation.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc or other equivalent People systems.
