HR Shared Services Team Lead

Location: This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from our offices across the UK or remotely.
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our HR Shared Services team. This is an exciting time to join us as we create a global service for the organisation, and you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of the RS employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of experienced HR and Technical Specialists, providing guidance and support for complex cases.
- Drive team performance to improve service delivery, establishing performance measures and SLAs.
- Utilize data and insights to identify optimal solutions for short-term and recurring people challenges, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Optimize HR systems to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience, implementing change management activities to drive improvements.
- Act as a deputy for the Shared Services Lead as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in coaching, developing, and motivating people in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Expert knowledge of employment law, with extensive experience in managing complex ER cases and tribunal matters.
- Proven track record of delivering change projects and process improvements, with a focus on managing people implications.
- Experience in setting up international People Shared Services teams or expanding existing operations.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, or equivalent People systems.
- Evidence of expertise in designing and implementing People-related processes, policies, and procedures in an international environment.
