Join Our Team as a Recruitment Advisor
Norse Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our Support Services Recruitment Department based at our Head office in Norwich. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in building a dedicated workforce across England and Wales.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Norse Group. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Norse business areas, working closely with department managers and directors to provide recruitment expertise, advice, and guidance.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Norse business areas, including Care, Facilities, waste, or business support roles.
- Collaborate with departments' managers and directors to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide recruitment expertise, advice, and guidance on role definition, campaign creation, salary analysis, and offer management.
- Ensure HR processes, policies, and best practices are followed within the recruitment team.

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably from an agency or internal resourcing background.
- Excellent understanding of the 360 recruitment process and fundamental recruitment legislation and best practices.
- Experience creating targeted recruitment campaigns for various roles and disciplines.
- Strong social media skills and ability to use different platforms and headhunting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
