About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Director to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth and developing high-quality, commercially viable solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Renewal Activity: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, capturing all activity and progress in our CRM system to enable transparent analysis of business development performance and prioritization of time and resources.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use this information to inform our business development strategy.
- Thought Leadership: Work closely with our marketing and communications team to produce frequent and insightful market messages that result in increased awareness of our products and services and brand awareness.
- Networking and Communication: Undertake extensive networking and communication through multiple in-person and online channels, forums, and events to promote our brand and establish strategic partnerships with external partners.
- Represent the Company: Represent Bellrock Property and Facilities Management at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and establish strategic partnerships with external partners.
- Consultative Solution Design and Selling: Capable of building trust and leading consultative solution design and selling.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and turning these into opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration and Project Management: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and other business development activities.
