Pitch Consultants, a renowned Leicester-based integrated marketing agency, is seeking a talented Account Director to join its thriving client services team.


The agency boasts an impressive portfolio of clients across automotive, retail, FMCG, and leisure, renowned for their strategic thinking and creative solutions. As an Account Director, you will work closely with clients to create and deliver integrated marketing solutions that are fully through-the-line campaigns covering TV, creative, digital, marketing, and communications activity that delivers results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on a couple of high-profile key accounts as a key part of the agency's client services team.
  • Work closely with strategy and planning teams to build out marketing strategies and plans across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Maximise opportunities within client accounts with a commercial approach.
  • Lead and develop a small team.


Requirements:

  • Established Account Director with a strong marketing background.
  • Agency experience, leading strategy and overseeing delivery for a range of clients.
  • Strong team management skills, experienced in leading and motivating a team to achieve excellent results.
