We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Director to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities and drive commercial growth.
- Design and deliver high-quality, commercially viable FM solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business success.
- Lead the development of tailored value propositions for clients, leveraging our expertise and capabilities to create competitive advantage.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring transparent analysis of business development performance and prioritization of time and resources.
- Lead client sales meetings, negotiations, and deal-making processes to achieve high win rates and drive business growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, informing the development of innovative FM solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the sales process, from initial contact to solution design, bid development, and mobilization.
- Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the FM market, ensuring solution design is aligned with new technology and service delivery trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and turning them into opportunities for business growth.
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills, with a demonstrable ability to structure and close complex business agreements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
