Job Title: HR & Facilities Officer
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services and supporting the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on performance management and development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Review and summarise complex HR information for easy understanding by employees.
- Contribute to the review of content on local SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £148-158 per day, depending on location and experience.
