Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function and delivering a comprehensive range of HR services to employees.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry best practices.
  3. Support the performance management process by providing advice on performance issues and assisting with performance improvement plans.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  5. Review policies and other HR related documents and summarise key points to create accurate, user-friendly and engaging content for the business.
  6. Review content on local SharePoint sites and work with local teams to establish where content is accurate and still required.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
  2. Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on a 12-month contract. The location is Surrey, with remote working options available.
