About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning of strategies for the service team, building capability and skillsets to ensure the service team is ready for incoming and future new services, creating and retaining documentation to run services, and working with service leads to identify trends and add service blockers onto Lab backlogs.

You will also be responsible for analyzing incident data to explore patterns and help mitigate risks, and working with software engineers and senior business leaders to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ITIL disciplines, be passionate about providing excellent customer experiences, and possess strong communication skills to build working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
