Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the incident management process, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Life and Pensions operations. Your ability to think critically and solve complex problems will be essential in this role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with Microsoft Office packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Life and/or Pensions products with expert knowledge in at least one area.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office packages.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 per annum
