Neurodivergent Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Oakfield House School in the North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload, and will work collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead to deliver exceptional care and support to our students.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy and valid professional registration with the HCPC. They will also have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with neurodivergent children and possess excellent report writing skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, pension scheme, and flexible benefits options. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our students, and we are committed to creating a nurturing environment that promotes their well-being and development.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective therapeutic strategies and interventions, and will play a key role in supporting the integration of our service with other teams and services within the school.
