About the Role

As a Field Collections Agent, you will be responsible for visiting customers at their home addresses to discuss options that help them address their financial situation. You will work closely with our customers to resolve their accounts on a personal basis, taking payments and setting up repayment plans to help them achieve financial wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary from £27,417 plus a monthly bonus of up to £6,000 per annum, as well as a car allowance of £350 per month and a fuel card for business miles. You will also receive 31 days' holiday, including bank holidays and an annual 2-week December shutdown. Additionally, you will have access to discounts and cashback at hundreds of high-street shops.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a clear criminal record, no CCJs or IVAs within the last 6 years, and be a confident verbal communicator with good listening and decision-making skills. You will also need to be comfortable working alone and have proven time management skills.
