Account Manager Opportunity

Stratospherec Limited is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Horsham, West Sussex. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client records and track contract updates and renewals.
  • Produce timely and accurate invoices with supporting documentation.
  • Monitor and report account performance, ensuring clients receive services within contracted levels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to product management by highlighting new business requirements and opportunities.
  • Share knowledge with the team to support succession planning activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
