Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at BCT Resourcing. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and suppliers, providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and develop existing client relationships to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Provide quotes and follow up on conversions or explore reasons for non-placed orders
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
