Account Manager Role

Stratospherec Limited is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Horsham, West Sussex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage client records, contracts, and renewals, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the development of new business requirements and opportunities, working closely with the product management team.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, supporting the company's succession planning activities.
