About the Opportunity
Sodexo is seeking a Lead Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Lead Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in leading our kitchen team in serving incredible food and enjoying incredible perks. You will assist in overseeing all culinary operations within our prestigious corporate setting, including managing a team of chefs and catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring high-quality, creative, and nutritious meals that align with our brand and exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team to provide exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing innovative, seasonal, and sustainable menus that are at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to coordinate special events and corporate functions.


**Requirements:**
  • Experience working in a corporate or high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications and relevant professional training.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Financial understanding and ability to navigate IT systems.
  • Current industry knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
