Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst

At STERIS IMS, we strive to create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Directors and HR Managers to deliver compensation and benefits services, ensuring adherence to STERIS IMS policy and practices.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in compensation and benefits, providing guidance and support to the organization.
  • Lead and manage compensation projects, including global salary surveys, compensation studies, and employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
  • Design, plan, and administer corporate employee compensation and benefit programs, including medical, life insurance, pension, and group income protection programs.
  • Analyze data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Model costs and employee impact analysis, driving implementation of approved changes.
  • Evaluate positions for grade placement based on job content and salary survey sources.
  • Conduct periodic audits of Compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years Compensation & Benefits experience with at least 3 years progressive Compensation analysis experience.
  • Global Compensation experience required.
  • Data Market Analyst and Job Evaluation experience required.
  • Experience in sales incentive programs a plus.
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
