About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and support our employees' well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Directors and HR Managers to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
  3. Lead compensation projects, including global salary surveys, compensation studies, and benefits program design.
  4. Coordinate international assignments, including relocations, repatriations, and localizations.
  5. Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
  6. Develop and maintain knowledge of employee compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Conduct periodic audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years of progressive compensation analysis experience.
  2. Global compensation experience required.
  3. Data market analysis and job evaluation experience required.
  4. Experience in sales incentive programs a plus.
  5. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
