About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Expleo. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Develop process feasibility studies, quotation requirements, and technical proposals to guarantee assembly.
  • Assembly Process Adaptation: Create detailed assembly sequences respecting target gateways, justify deviations, and define operating processes.
  • Tool and Equipment Creation: Design and develop tools/equipment requests, create FOA (fiches d'ouverture d'affaire), and participate in equipment integration and validation.
  • Process Sheet Development: Define operating modes with MTM2 analysis, realize illustrations from PLM P sheets, and reduce tightening diversity.
  • Validation and Transfer: Validate processes on plant and pilot lines, transfer knowledge to manufacturing teams, and manage assembly issues.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: HNC/Degree in Mechanical or Engineering.
  • Essential Skills: High-level understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures, and automotive engineering.
  • Desired Skills: Project Management experience, design, and installation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Experience
  • Degree or Equivalent Experience: Relevant experience in manufacturing process engineering.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Automotive process engineering, project management, and design/installation of manufacturing processes.

Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
