Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Methods Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing methods and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on new processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
