Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Methods Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing methods and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures.
- Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on new processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
