About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities to develop their daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Assist with off-site activities, such as going to the gym, bowling, and sensory rooms.
  • Provide support for individuals to engage in their interests and hobbies.
  • Work closely with the registered manager, deputy manager, and senior staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Ability to drive and hold a full UK manual driving license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
