- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs of each resident.
- Proven experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in supported living environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential. A willingness to pursue a Level 5 qualification within 18 months is highly desirable.
