Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the service.

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Support Workers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs of each resident.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in supported living environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential. A willingness to pursue a Level 5 qualification within 18 months is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting the independence and well-being of individuals.
