We are seeking a DEDICATED and COMPASSIONATE Deputy Manager to enhance the lives of individuals with learning disabilities by providing a nurturing supported living environment. As a Deputy Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
- Position: Deputy Manager
- Salary: £30,000
- Employment Type: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager:
- Assist the Registered Manager in daily operations
- Ensure high standards of clinical and personal support for service users
- Help manage and uphold quality and safety priorities
- Oversee specific areas of the service's daily functions
- Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers
- Promote best practices within the team
- Act as a role model for staff and service users
- Be available for on-call shifts as needed
- Focus on continuous improvement and quality within the service
- Maintain regular communication with the Service Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
- Strong IT skills and record-keeping experience
- Knowledge of CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with a commitment to achieve Level 5 within 18 months
- Thorough understanding of Health and Safety and Safeguarding regulations
