Care Scheme Manager

The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scheme Manager to join our team. As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and supervision to our care staff, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with current best practices, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to care staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure that care is delivered in accordance with current best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular supervision and performance management of care staff.
- Monitor and report on service user outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure that care staff receive and maintain up-to-date relevant training.
- Ensure that accurate and legible records are kept, and that all care plans and care records are maintained in accordance with Cera Care policy.
- Knowledge of rota planning and staff allocation.
- Experience conducting client introductory visits.
- Hold the RQF Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards completion.
- Experience of working with service users who have additional support needs.
