About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Care Planner to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our care resources, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring key business and compliance targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective shift rosters, ensuring that all clients have suitably allocated carers.
- Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to the success of the business.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all members receive comprehensive schedule information.
- Drive improved satisfaction levels and rates, and maintain great relationships with existing clients and carers.
Requirements:
- Confident in promoting the branch and self-motivated.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage change.
- Computer literate and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A passion for managing and driving excellence, and a commitment to equal opportunities and diversity.
