Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring key business and compliance targets are met.
  • Develop and implement effective shift rosters, ensuring that all clients have suitably allocated carers.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to the success of the business.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all members receive comprehensive schedule information.
  • Drive improved satisfaction levels and rates, and maintain great relationships with existing clients and carers.

Requirements:

  • Confident in promoting the branch and self-motivated.
