Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Activities Coordinator to join our team at Amica Care Trust.

As a Lead Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and delivering a range of stimulating activities to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Liaising with residents and relatives to ensure a full understanding of their likes, interests, and abilities.
  • Supervising and managing the activities team to provide a range of outstanding activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience of working in activities (desirable).
  • Previous experience working in a care home environment, would be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage and supervise others.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Amica Care values and commitment to promoting these at all times.
