Care Scheme Manager

Cera Care is seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to lead our Extra Care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and supervision to our care staff, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
- Ensure that our service users receive person-centered care, respecting their dignity, autonomy, and preferences.
- Collaborate with our training team to ensure that all care staff receive and maintain up-to-date relevant training.
- Manage and oversee the safe running of the service, including effective management and oversight of medicines, care planning, and risk assessments.
- QF Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards completion.
- Experience of working with service users who have additional support needs.
- Knowledge of rota planning, ensuring adequate staff on duty with correct skill mix and fair allocation of off-duty/annual leave.
