Job Overview

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with South Warwickshire GP Federation, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based care
- Implement and review treatment plans as appropriate
- Ensure interventions are undertaken in line with best practice guidance and use advanced skills appropriate to the role
- Lead PCN clinical projects, including health inequalities, Learning Disabilities, Long Term conditions, and Flu and Covid vaccination campaigns

Requirements

- Postgraduate qualification within your clinical discipline
- Certification to prescribe
- Experience working in primary care
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
