Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist Opportunity

About the Role: Care New England Health System is seeking a board certified/board eligible psychiatrist to join our Consultation-Liaison team at one of our hospitals in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric consultations for hospitalized patients and those in the Emergency Department
  • Clinical teaching of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Medical Students with potential faculty appointment at a local university
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday daytime work schedule with rotational call
  • Option for clinical practice at our psychiatric hospital or other Care New England locations
