Aftercare Telephone Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Midwife to join our team in providing post-abortion, vasectomy, and sexual health information to clients over the phone.

This role involves working from home, part-time for 30 hours a week, and requires the ability to work shifts across a 24/7 service, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

As an Aftercare Telephone Advisor, you will be responsible for providing clinically safe triage care, booking post-operative checks, and referring clients to our counselling service and safeguarding team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective telephone triage care to clients
  • Book post-operative checks for clients requiring follow-up care
  • Refer clients to counselling and safeguarding services as needed

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience in primary, urgent, or gynecological care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work from home and maintain a safe and effective work environment
