Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our team of engineering technicians in maintaining equipment availability and ensuring a safe working environment. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for implementing network standards and focusing on preventative maintenance to achieve high equipment availability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to ensure they work safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Support the implementation of safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure sufficient technical coverage.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with the wider network.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A UK Higher National Diploma (HND), Higher National Certificate (HNC), IEng, CEng or ILM L4+ qualification.
  • Relevant experience as part of a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment.
  • Experience in managing people in an engineering team and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and upper intermediate proficiency in local language.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
