  • Developing and implementing plans to improve equipment availability and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or operations management. You will also need relevant experience in a maintenance or operations role, as well as experience in managing people in an engineering team. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
