Job Title: Operations Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our project delivery teams at Northampton Business Directory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal project management policies and procedures, as well as company health and safety policy and process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both our internal works and supply partner activities.
  • Manage direct and indirect suppliers to ensure program is tracked and maintained.
  • Develop effective relationships with current and potential customers through demonstrating our capability in project delivery solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, particularly preferred suppliers, to ensure cost-effective solutions that meet our quality expectations.
  • Ability to control multiple projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a project management role.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Previous project management experience, including monitoring of timelines and costs.
  • IT skills - MS Project.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and similar accreditations regarding site control and H&S.
