Maintenance and Operations Assistant

**Job Overview:**
Elysium Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our service users.
You will be working closely with our clinical teams to ensure that our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and meet the needs of our service users. You will also be responsible for driving staff and service users to local destinations, conducting regular checks and maintenance on our vehicles, and coordinating with contractors to support the upkeep of our facilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of all buildings and equipment;
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on vehicles;
- Liaise with contractors to support the upkeep of facilities;
- Provide exceptional customer service to service users;
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a maintenance or transportation role, a UK driver's license, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
**Benefits:**
As a Maintenance and Operations Assistant, you will receive an annual salary of £24,500 - £26,500, depending on experience. You will also be entitled to 33 days annual leave, free meals and parking, and access to a range of wellbeing support and activities.
