About the Position:

We are currently seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Community Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to thrive in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing occupational therapy services to individuals in their own homes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current registration with the HCPC
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Good understanding of community equipment and environmental adaptations
  • Experience with complex moving and handling

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position is up to £32ph, depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
