Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Quarry Operative to contribute to our operations, ensuring the efficient extraction and processing of materials. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in the production of essential construction materials that build communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain quarry machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Ensure quality control of materials and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Load materials, manage supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the site to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Act as a responsible person on site in the manager's absence, making informed decisions to ensure the site runs smoothly.
